Best Flooring Person Ever! My Wife and I have purchased rugs and more from the Carpet and Rug SuperStore on highway 74 just east of I-485. Excellent and Pleasant Experience!
I wanted to write this review because of the excellent and pleasant experience that I had at the Matthews Carpet and Rug Superstore. That is hard to find these days. From the time that I walked in to shop for new carpet in my home, Kevin was easy to deal with and more than helpful. He listened to what I wanted, and then explained and showed me different options. He was able to give me immediate pricing and therefore steer me in the direction of my decision. The price was within the budget I gave Kevin. The install was just a few days later and they did an extremely professional job. Kevin called the day after to make sure that I was pleased with everything and to thank me for my business. I do not remember when I have had such pleasant, honest and efficient service. I felt that others would want to know about my experience to possibly help them with their flooring needs. I Cannot Say Enough!
I cannot say enough for the business practices and service we have received from Kevin Culter at Carpet & Rug Superstore in Matthews! He has been our go-to for carpeting for the past 9 years. From wall-to-wall carpeting, to a beautiful carpet runner on our front stairway. He has helped us choose the right carpeting for our needs and given us best prices and value every time. Kevin is more than just a manager and salesman for fine carpeting and flooring, he takes the time to know his customers so that he can provide the best possible answer for their needs. It is rare to find a business and person 'in that business' who you feel so connected with that you would not think of going anywhere else. Kevin is that person. When you find someone who you trust to have your best interest at heat, you return. You give that person your business. Kevin is that 'person' for us and our home flooring needs. More than that, he has become a friend over the years. I am so thankful we found Kevin 9 years ago. As long as he is in business, he is the only one we will go to for our flooring and carpeting needs.
